Total refurbishment and extension/loft conversion

We worked with builders that had been recommended to the client and have subsequently used them many time, so they are now part of the team. When we started on the house it had had nothing done to it for over 40 years, so we stripped it right back to the brickwork and started again adding a large loft extension housing the master bedroom and bathroom, a side and rear extension were added at ground floor level, which became the large open plan kitchen/dining area, opening onto the patio and landscaped garden beyond. The client works from home, so one of the bedrooms has become the office with two further bedrooms and a guest bathroom. We helped the client choose several key pieces of furniture that worked with the space and also incorporated some existing furnishings. This renovation project took six months to complete.
