Formerly a corner shop, then an office. We transformed this space from a grotty office with lino floors and strip lighting into a light and airy open plan living/dining/kitchen space. The filing/boiler room was turned into a laundry and guest loo. Another office was turned into the second bedroom/home office. The former office at the back of the property was a new extension constructed by the previous owners, but we changed the facade to create double doors opening on to the courtyard with an outside room for boiler and garden equipment to one side. The back office is now the master bedroom with en suite shower room/dressing area hidden behind a stud wall.
