We have now undertaken several projects for members of this family in London and the country. Enjoying every one as they have all had varying briefs.
This house needed more refurbishing than expected, due to the poor quality of previous work undertaken. We replaced all the bathrooms and turned one bedroom into an ensuite for the master bedroom. We created a new kitchen/dining area and had to replace the roof above, which gave us the opportunity to add larger Velux windows to let in more light as well as new sliding doors to the rear. We added an understairs loo and storage cupboard on the ground floor and wood flooring throughout. Window treatments were added in most of the rooms as well.
