We refurbished this amazingly spacious apartment for a young professional. His brief was ‘mid-century’, hence all the mid-century touches to the kitchen and bathrooms. Initially he was intending to live in it, but then decided to rent it out. There is a large roof terrace, which is accessed via a spiral staircase and we had to install new electric sliding doors, which were craned on to the roof.
Hopefully at some point he will decide to live in the apartment and then we can return to furnish it in full mid-century style.
